All About Me

My Background

My Career To Date

Before I became a counsellor I felt my working life lacked depth and meaning. I flitted between jobs in advertising, hospitality and office admin. Then the realisation came that I wanted to care and help others. My working life took direction towards caring roles, yet I still felt a void within me in terms of job satisfaction.

Following on from a period of depression and anxiety and after exhausting other avenues, I decided to seek therapeutic help.

My experience of therapy was so profound that I knew where I needed to be. I enrolled on a therapy course, fell in love, and continued to attend course after course after course.

13 years later I still cannot get enough and I continue to pursue further training and development within this amazing field.
